South Texas District Office

Marshall Engineering Corporation (MEC) provided Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) design and engineering for the construction of an approximately 12,000 SF office building for the South Texas Assemblies of God Ministries. This development served as the district office for the church.

Chipotle

Marshall Engineering Corporation (MEC) provided Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) engineering and design services associated with the infrastructure as defined by Chipotle Restaurants. The deliverables consisted of a MEP Site Plan, Power Plan and Details, and Plumbing Plan and Details.

Allstar Truck Repair Shop

Marshall Engineering Corporation (MEC) provided Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) engineering and design services to an 11,525 SF truck repair shop. The scope included air piping lines and drops, slab sloped to the overhead doors, service bays, a 3,497 SF office with lay in ceilings, as well as mezzanine storage only over part of the office.

Ridge East Gun Club

MEC provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) design and engineering services for the construction of a 32,000 SF facility for Ridge East Gun Club. The facility contained a 2,000 SF second floor office area, a rifle range, an archery range, and three handgun ranges. The facility also contained a video simulator room, three classrooms, a VIP area with a small café area, retail area, and associated restrooms and storage areas.

Stone Ridge Vet Clinic

MEC provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) design and engineering services associated with the construction of a 8,436 SF veterinarian clinic and kennel boarding facility. The facility included examination rooms, restrooms, offices, a record storage room, an indoor playroom, kennel runs, a reception area and additional areas associated with a veterinarian clinic.

Reddy Medical Plaza

MEC provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) engineering and design services associated with the construction of a professional medical building, totaling in approximately 10,576 SF. The medical building contained two operational levels. The first level was an urgent care facility and the second level was an office lease space.

Lifetime Learners Daycare

MEC provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) engineering and design services associated with the 7,500 SF construction of a children’s daycare center. The center included the following areas: 6-9 Classrooms, restrooms, a kitchen, and two separate playgrounds.

Paradise Funeral Home

Marshall Engineering Corporation (MEC) provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) engineering and design services associated with the renovation of a 10,000 SF funeral home.

Springwood Medical Park

MEC provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) engineering and design services for the construction of a 25,000 SF medical office facility. The development consisted of two buildings. One building contained 3 tenant lease spaces and the other building contained 2 tenant lease spaces. Each building contained reception and waiting areas, exam rooms, doctor’s offices, nurses’ stations, and related restrooms, circulation spaces and related support facilities.

Serenity Health Care

MEC provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) design and engineering services for the main office program Bostco Terminal. The project consisted of a main office, guard house, dock house and the marine operations building. Each building included a bevy of offices, restrooms, shops, storage areas, changing rooms, lobbies and support facilities.

Hearthwood Condominiums

MEC provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) design and engineering services for a 20,000 SF 3- story, 18-unit condo project.

North Water District Lab Services

Marshall Engineering Corporation provided MEP engineering and design for the demolition, renovation and addition of an approximately 25,000 SF building. Services also included the design of 25,000 SF second floor addition.

Provalus Remodel
MEC provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) engineering and design services for the Provalus Remodel in Henderson, Texas. The project involved the renovation of a courthouse and city hall to support the headquarters for an up-and-coming IT Corporation. The scope included comprehensive upgrades to ensure the building met the needs of the tech company.

Hyatt House/Hyatt Place Hotel
MEC provided electrical engineering and design services for the construction of an 8-story, 354,178 SF hotel and garage for Hyatt Place/Hyatt House. The project required a detailed electrical system design to accommodate the large-scale hospitality environment.

Holiday Inn Hotel (Design/Build)
MEC provided electrical engineering and design services for the construction of a 253,858 SF, 17-story hotel tower and garage for Holiday Inn Express/Staybridge. The scope included complete electrical system integration for the high-rise structure.

Fluid Life Labs Expansion
MEC provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) engineering services for the buildout of a future 13,500 SF space for Fluid Life, Ltd. The project included laboratory, warehouse, and office spaces, requiring specialized MEP designs to meet the client's operational needs.
