For the past 15 years, we have provided MEP engineering and design services for MidSouth Project Development, Valero Ardmore Refinery, Breaux Manufacturing facility, Brent Grinding, Tenaris Geothermal Project, Galdisa Manufacturing Facility, Bostco, WCM/Groendyke Terminal Facility, and Prostar Manufacturing.

Prostar Manufacturing Building

MEC provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) design and engineering services for a 54,000 SF warehouse building. Design also included MEP for 1,500 SF office space with 3 offices, coffee bar and restrooms.

Breaux Machine Works

Marshall Engineering Corporation (MEC) provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) design and engineering for the construction of a 42,000 SF manufacturing facility for Breaux Machine Works. The scope included design of HVAC-split systems for the entire enclosed space with one small unit for restrooms and break room areas. Lighting on the exterior building, site lighting, plumbing for water in the main building, restrooms, commercial hand wash trough, urinals and water closets as needed.

Brent Grinding

MEC provided Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) design and engineering services for the construction of an 11,800 SF manufacturing facility for Brent Grinding. The scope consisted of a metal building with HVAC for the entire enclosure, lighting on exterior of the building, site lighting, and plumbing.
Water was provided in main building to cool machines, restrooms, commercial hand wash troughs type, with urinals and water closets as needed. 

There was also a design of an DX system for cooling and an electric strip for heating.

Galdisa USA

MEP engineering and design services associated with the construction of a 46,500 SF retail shop and office building. The warehouse includes a reception area, multiple offices and meeting rooms, restrooms, gender specific locker rooms, shipping and receiving areas, a main production area, maintenance, sanitation, and cleaning/storage rooms.

Bostco Office Building

MEC provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) design and engineering services for the main office program Bostco Terminal. The project consisted of a main office, guard house, dock house and the marine operations building. Each building included a bevy of offices, restrooms, shops, storage areas, changing rooms, lobbies and support facilities.

Hoyer Fuel System Installation

Marshall Engineering Corporation (MEC) provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) engineering and design services for the installation of a 40,000 gallon above ground diesel fueling station. The facilities consisted of design and procurement of two 20,000 gallon above ground fuel storage tanks, design of spill containment, design and installation of 4 fueling bays and associated equipment.

New Rest Operation Facility - Electrical Upgrades
MEC provided electrical engineering upgrades and design services for the former United Airline Food Preparation Facility, transforming it into the NewREST Operations Facility. The scope included comprehensive electrical system upgrades to support the new operational needs.

LSG/Sky Chef World Houston Building
MEC provided electrical engineering and design services for the renovation of a 25,400 SF warehouse and office at Bush Intercontinental Airport. The project required detailed electrical system design to support the operations of LSG/Sky Chef World.
