New Light Center Apartments
MEC provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) engineering and design services for the renovation of office spaces into dormitory living spaces for New Light Church. The project involved a full MEP overhaul to accommodate the new residential use of the building.

Lone Star Cowboy Church

Marshall Engineering Corporation (MEC) provided an engineering study to establish a lighting design and a construction budget for Lone Star Church. The scope also included electrical lighting design for a 100,000 SF covered arena and additional value engineering services to support 480v, 3ph electrical services.

Indian Pentecostal Church

Marshall Engineering Corporation (MEC) provide mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) design and engineering for 48,000 SF church and classroom facility. The interior worship center included classrooms, a fellowship hall, a fully operational kitchen, a sanctuary, gender specific restrooms, offices and a reception area.

ABF Church

MEC provided mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) design and engineering for a 46,000 SF church facility. The project included a sanctuary, gymnasium, children’s church, library, commercial kitchen, offices, and support facilities.

Joy Fellowship Lutheran Church

Marshall Engineering Corporation (MEC) provided mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) engineering and design services associated with the development of a new campus for a religious worship center. The campus was completed over a series of phases, where phase 1 included a parking lot with 98 spaces. The interior worship center was a 10,000 SF building that included (6) classrooms, a fellowship hall, a fully operational kitchen, a sanctuary, (2) gender specific restrooms and (3) unisex restrooms, an electrical room, fire risers storage,(2) offices and a reception area.

First Assembly of Texas City

Marshall Engineering Corporation (MEC) provided mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) engineering and design services associated with the development of a 7,605 SF recreational building. The building consisted of a fully operational kitchen, game room, children’s playroom, an open dining area, an outdoor playground and a basketball court.​
