Our experience includes that of Dynamo Stadium Commissioning, Texas A&M Kyle Field Expansion, Minute Maid Park- Houston, TX, Harris County Pct 2 – Channelview, TX Sports Complex, Prairie View A&M University Band field – Prairie, TX, and the City of Houston, where we brought four parks to standard.

Texas A & M University Kyle Field Expansion

Marshall Engineering Corporation (MEC) provided the mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), fire protection, and fire alarm engineering and design for the expansion of Kyle Field at Texas A&M University.

The design included eight new retail and novelty stores, 85,000 SF of food service areas consisting of three commissaries with kitchens, forty-two concession stands, fourteen pantries, and eight bars, and a complete fire alarm/ fire protection design and specification for the stadium renovation.

Houston Dynamo MLS Stadium

Marshall Engineering Corporation (MEC) provided commissioning support, for LEED Certification, in the construction of the Houston Dynamo Stadium.

Channelview Sports Complex

Marshall Engineering Corporation (MEC) provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) design and engineering for a 4 – field baseball complex including fields, field lighting, concession stands, parking lot and related facilities.

Prairie View A&M Band Field Relocation

Marshall Engineering Corporation (MEC) provided MEP services for the construction of a regulation size football field complete with earthwork, landscaping, irrigation, sports lighting, director’s stand and other amenities.

Northshore Park Renovation

Marshall Engineering Corporation (MEC) provided MEP engineering and design services associated with modifications to the Northshore Park, The Woodlands, Texas. The scope included the demolition of the existing floor mounted toilets and replacement with new wall mounted toilets, carriages, lavatories, and hand dryers within the existing park restroom. Services also included electrical and lighting revisions for the facility, stage lighting in support of a new outdoor pavilion stage and the relocation of park incoming electrical service.
